Review policy

Reviews help guests choose and providers improve. They are only worth as much as they are genuine. This policy says who may write a review, how reviews appear and when we hide one.

• Only guests with a completed booking made on Go2Boat review the boat and the provider.
• The provider reviews the guest of the same booking.
• One booking, one review per side. Anyone who was not on board cannot write a review.

After the time on board we invite the guest and the provider to review each other. Neither sees the other's review beforehand. Both appear at the same time once both have written theirs, at the latest 14 days after the invitation. So nobody can react to the other's review.

• No purchased reviews and nothing in return for a review (voucher, discount, prize draw).
• No reviews imported from other platforms and no invented reviews.
• No selection: we invite every guest in the same way, however satisfied they were.
• We never delete a review because it is critical.

The provider can reply publicly to every review. The reply appears below the review and follows the same rules.

We hide a review only if it

• insults or attacks a person,
• contains facts that are demonstrably false,
• was used to apply pressure, for example to obtain money or services,
• does not concern this booking, or
• contains personal data such as phone numbers, addresses or names of third parties.

We hide, we do not delete: every decision is recorded with its reason and can be reversed.

Below every review there is «Report this review». Choose the reason and add evidence. The team checks every report; an AI may suggest an outcome, but a person always decides. The author of the review learns in one sentence whether and why it was hidden.

After your time on board we may invite you once to review Go2Boat itself on Google or Trustpilot. The invitation goes to every guest in the same way, with nothing in return and regardless of your feedback to us. You can unsubscribe through the link in the invitation.
