Questions about the gift card
What can the gift card be used for?
For every boat on Go2Boat, from a day trip to a week with a skipper. Enter the code in the booking form: it pays the amount due at booking, as far as the balance goes.
How long is the gift card valid?
5 years from purchase, to the end of the month. The date is on the gift card.
Does the whole amount have to be used at once?
No. Any rest stays on the gift card for another booking.
What happens if a booking is cancelled?
The part paid with the gift card returns to the gift card, the part paid by card returns to the card – under the booking's cancellation terms.
Can I undo the purchase?
Yes, within 14 days, as long as the gift card has not been used: we refund the full amount to your payment method.
