• What you observed and how to reproduce it
• When you noticed it
• How to reach you (optional)

Please

• Do not access, change or keep other people’s data
• Do not disrupt the service: no load or mass requests, no bookings or payments
• Do not deceive staff, providers or guests
• Do not publish the report before we could fix it

What happens next

We confirm receipt, review the report and keep you informed of the outcome. Every report is recorded in our security journal. If you wish, we credit you once it is fixed.

This page and /.well-known/security.txt name the same contact address. We do not offer a reward (bug bounty) at present.
