From the search to on board: how a booking works on Go2Boat.
Search
Enter the place, the dates and the people on board. You only see boats with free dates, each with its final price.
Choose a boat
The boat page shows cabins, berths, equipment, what the price includes and the provider's conditions for cancellation and the security deposit.
Reserve
«Instant booking» means the dates are held for you while you pay and confirmed right after. «On request» means your card is only reserved; the provider usually confirms within 24 hours, otherwise nothing is charged.
Pay by the payment plan
You pay a deposit and the balance on the dates in your booking. For short-notice bookings the full amount is due at once. Payment runs securely through Stripe.
Contact after the deposit
As soon as the deposit has arrived you receive the provider's name and contact details, and the provider receives yours. The booking confirmation names everything: provider, boat, dates, price and conditions.
On board
The handover takes place at the provider's base; you leave the security deposit with the provider. During your time on board we are there for you.
