Frequently asked questions
Does it cost anything to join?
No. You pay nothing, neither to sign up nor for the tools.
Do I need a company?
No. Private individuals can become agents too. Taxes and contributions follow the law of your country.
When am I paid?
Your commission becomes due with the guest’s payments, as soon as that money can no longer be refunded under the cancellation terms, and is paid with the next run through Stripe – not only when the booking starts. Before the first payout you confirm your identity with Stripe once.
What if my guest books without my link?
The booking is attributed to you if the guest opened your offer before (180 days), if they have booked through you before (24 months) or if they enter your code at checkout. Your link counts for the visit in which the guest opens it, and for 30 days if the guest agrees that we remember it; if the guest later uses another agent's link, the last link counts. If a booking is still missing, report it in the cockpit.
Do I have to work exclusively for Go2Boat?
No. You can keep working with other operators and platforms.
